Among the rows, careful and far-sighted choices are all aimed at obtaining fine and excellent grapes, and the fruits harvested in the five main crus of what is defined as the "magic triangle of Champagne" - composed of Cramant, Avize, Mailly, Aÿ and Dizy - they are present punctually in all the maison's cuvées.
