The BOMA VARAZZE cellar will lead you into the discovery of rare and memorable sensations through a careful selection of bottles of quality and great personality, proposed in a prestigious list capable of making one discover new renowned producers you may not have heard of beforehand.
Our list is constantly evolving and boasts a wide and carefully selected choice of sparkling wines, whites, reds and rosés. An oenological journey through the most coveted wine-growing areas, with particular attention to the small artisan businesses that best represent the territory and its traditions, while respecting nature.

The wine list
The wine list is a fundamental selection in support of our menu, always open to experimentation and innovation without ever abandoning the tradition of the territory and its history; references from small artisans with organic and/or natural production are preferred, but there certainly is no shortage of big names in international oenology.
