This excellent champagne, the first Rosé produced by Perrier-Jouët, is a small masterpiece of this historic maison with family roots dating back to 1811; a perfect combination of intensity, acidity and elegance, Blason Rosé is the result of a skilful fusion of 50 different wines. A cuvée with a broad and structured character, which hides behind fresh and graceful aromas: the power of Pinot Noir (50%), in fact, is combined with the elegance of Chardonnay (25%) and the fruity aroma of Pinot Meunier (25%). %), a combination expertly researched by Hervé Deschamps, the chef de cave of the maison, to create a champagne that will hardly go unnoticed. Brilliant salmon pink colour, with delicate coppery reflections and filled with tiny bubbles that create a white foam, the Blason Rosé opens on the nose with delicate and persuasive floral and delicately fruity aromas of rose petals, strawberries and raspberries, immediately followed by intriguing hints of yeasts, honey, dried fruit and with clear minerality to enclose everything. On the palate it is striking for its freshness and richness; it is broad, powerful and with a long finish with citrus persistence.
