Very delicate straw yellow with gold-green reflections and very thin bubbles, it enchants the nose with strong aromas of elderberry and thyme, acacia honey and white rose, very light citrus fruits in the background. Fresh, vigorous sip, it stands out for its mineral profile which is revealed here with a perfect balance between freshness and flavor, with character but without being scratchy.
